I most certainly had the feeling I was being watched very intently while enjoying a snack. Hmmmm... could it be Rose giving me the look, ' Remember ME '

DAY 4

At the milk bar...

The boys have caught a scent. Mom close by for a snack at the milk bar.

Puppy pillow or puppy heater, one or both of these apply to the pup who has decided this is a good place for his head.

The puppies's nails were quite long as one can see in picture. Time to do some nail cutting.

Day 3

BISS AM/CAN CH GRAYTSKY ANSONS ROYAL FLUSH BLUSH and BIS/BISS CH BZYFEET AMERICAN IDOL have extended their family...

Rose preparing the whelping box for the pup's arrival the process called very appropriately ' nesting'. I had all blankets neatly arranged only to find them re-positioned with Rose in the middle.

February 1, 2010 the pups arrive, beautiful striped boy pups.

Which name for which pup will take some evaluation of movement and personality over the next few weeks.

" ONE FOR ALL, ALL FOR ONE " .......as per Musketeer's motto.

The three boys have no difficulty navigating the whelping box picking and chosing any nipple they please . Sometimes the boys decide upon the same nipple and don't want to share it resultig in wrestling/tumbling matches. Or, will line themselves neatly in a row along Mom's belly sharing the nipple enjoying each others body warmth.

DAY 2

Lots of vigorous sucking.....

And more sucking.....

Thorough cleaning by Mom Rose.

A puppy sandwich, one pup up top the other between Mom's legs.

Lots of sleeping.....

Lots of pooping....

Look how strong that one boy is, he is actually standing up on his back legs using Mom' s belly as a support while attempting to climb Mount Belly.

Paw action to stimulate more milk production.... those pups want it all now not in a few minutes.

Mom is religiously cleaning up any puppy messes as quick as they occur.
